» Upon renting certain amount is payable as a deposit, depending on the car category as stated in the price-list.
» The deposit is to be refunded to the Renter after the car has been inspected and accepted back by an employee of the company.
» Deductions from the deposit can made the following cases:
- If there is a lack of fuel;
-In case of damage as a result of car accident and the Renter doesn’t submit a police report;
-In case of damage on tires, wheel rims, hubcaps and undercarriage of the car, which are not as a result of accident or fire;
-expressly or out of carelessness has caused a technical failure to to the rented vehicle.
