» The motor vehicle is let to the Renter in good technical condition with the mandatory equipment required by the Traffic Police authorities. The Renter is obliged to return the car with all submitted to him documents within the agreed term.
» The car is Renter with full tank and should be returned in the same condition. If the tank is not topful the lacking fuel shall be charged at 1.30 euro/liter.
»If the the rental period is exceeded by more than аgreed time will be charged as follows:
- delay up to 4 hours – a half daily rate will be charged;
- delay more than 4 hours – full daily rate will be charged.
» The failure to observe the obligation for the returning the vehicle within 24 hours after the expiration of the agreed term without notification being sent to the lessor shall be regarded as misappropriation and the lessor shall inform the competent authorities preserving all his rights under the present contract.
