» In case of an accident, the Renter is obliged to inform us as soon as possible the company’s representatives and the authorities (Police), thus a written statement will be issued.
» In case of a damage, for which the Renter is not liable, and if it could not be repaired at the moment, the company is obliged to change the car at any place in the country within 24 hours and free of charge.
» Expenses for repairs done by the Renter with the consent of the and against invoice will be paid to the renter after the expiry the contract.
» The Renter owes the Lessor a full compensation when expressly, out of carelessness or technical failure or negligence has caused a technical failure to to the rented vehicle, as well as in case of engine overheating, which is regarded as driver’s neglect.
» The full car insurance is not valid in case of:
- damages from driving under the impact of alcohol or drugs;
- obvious damage of tyres undercarriage of the car, which are are not construed as insured events;
-car accident when is missing written statement, issued by the authorities;
- missing keys and car documents in case of theft.
