You can book a car anytime by one of the following ways:

- booking online: You need to complete the online reservation form. Please note that filling in the reservation form does not guarantee your car reservation. You will receive confirmation from us of the availability of the selected car and a voucher certifying your reservation;
- booking by email: teamautorent@gmail.bg - send your request and any questions. To confirm your reservation you must send a copy of his identity card and driving license;
- booking in our office - see the address
Cancellation of reservation:
If for any reason you wish to cancel a reservation for a rental car, you can do so anytime.
- If cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the rental period, no fee will be charged;
- If cancelled 7 days before the start of the rental period, a fee will be charged as follows:
- upon cancellation 7-4 days before the start of the rental period – 20% of the final price of the Reservation, but not less than the value of the Reservation for 1 day;
- upon cancellation 3-2 days before the start of the rental period – 50% of the final price of the Reservation, but not less than the value of the Reservation for 2 days;
- upon cancellation 48 hours before the start date and time of rental or non-appearance – 100% of the final price of the Reservation, but not more than the value of the Reservation.
Cancellations because of an emergency situations (COVID-19, WAR and etc.) are with no charge.
Team Auto Rent Ltd refunds the respective amounts after deducting bank fees and commissions related to this reservation.
